Can it be possible to still get pregnant even when not ovulating

If a couple is highly fertile and having unprotected sex, Can you still get pregnant when not ovulating? And can the unprotected sex actually signal the body to ovulate sooner?

I'm not sure I understand you. You have to ovulate to get pregnant, you can't fertilize an egg that isn't there at the same time as sperm. But since sperm can survive for several days and OPKs are not always totally accurate, yes it's definitely possible to get pregnant without REALISING you ovulated, especially if it's the first ovulation postpartum and you don't have any clue when to expect it.

As to whether sex can trigger ovulation, I've heard some people claim that but I don't know that anyone can know if it's true for a particular person. The hormones involved are delicate and complicated.

You can't get pregnant if you haven't ovualted, of course, but it is possible to get pregnant without having regular menstrual cycles. You ovulate FIRST before you get your period bleeding, so if you catch the first egg released then you can get pregnant without having a period beforehand. But you did still ovulate. I did this twice, one was chemical, one was a successful pregnancy.

Sex does not trigger O in humans (we believe). In some animals, such as rabbits, sex DOES trigger an egg to be released and so there is some confusion about this happening in humans. But it doesn't seem to work that way for us (at least that we know of).
