I think decaf sways as well. There's caffeine in tea and chocolate, which are thought to sway blue, whereas I've read that coffee (regular and decaf) is believed to reduce fertility. So I think there must be something besides just caffeine in coffee which may sway pink.

We don't know if it can be decaf or not. Some people are experimenting with it so we may know more over time.

I know I struggle with too much caffeine, I start to feel really wired after a few! Just doing a mixture of caffeine & decaf at the min & hoping for the best! Not actually ttc for another couple of months so there's time to build it up hopefully!

Remember, it doens't matter what anyone else is doing, it matters what YOU are doing and what your body is used to. If you make changes from what you were doing when you got your boys, that is what counts. you will never be able to have as much caff. coffee as someone like me who loves the stuff, and that is ok!! If you were having none, and are now having one, that is still a change!!!
