Weight loss plateau?
I lost about 15 lbs closer to the beginning of the year before starting LE, and another 10 in the first few weeks on it. I'm usually hitting the daily values, although I'm still eating small amounts of meat and occasionally go a little over on fat or protein. I only check the totals if I think I'm over or under on something, not every day.
My weight hasn't changed in about 4 weeks. No gain but no loss. I've tended to do this when losing weight before, not lose for a while and then start again. I'm doing at least a 60 minute walk (often more, enough to keep my heart rate up) 5 times a week plus a hike or bike ride one of the other two.
I just had a full checkup, doctor said no sign of insulin resistance at all (specifically checking as I had GD).
Should I consider switching to the PCOS diet, or stick it out on the LE for a few more weeks and see what happens? I'm still about 15 lbs from my lowest adult weight and could use to go quite a bit lower.

Yes, it's totally normal for that to happen. You can try either cutting back on cals (keeping pro and fat the same!) or try PCOS-type diet.
