Feeling so frustrated
Just need to vent.
I am feeling so frustrated right now. I've been doing the LE diet since July.. and this cycle was supposed to be my first attempt.
My cycle was thrown completely off and I got AF day 20! So needless to say most of my plans got thrown out window.
We got too busy (we moved) and didn't attempt. I really regret not trying.
Here I am now day 28 and still no AF. I feel like this is the longest cycle ever. The huge bummer now is that I really want a June/July baby. So after AF this month I really only have one attempt to accomplish this.
I'm not sure what to do at this point. I really want to stick to one attempt at OPK but now I'm thinking doing another 4 days later or before?
Only supplements I'm doing now is folic acid and fibre. I am scared to do daw palmetto after last months quick AF.?!
I'm planning on doing repfresh after AF only. At this point the ONLY thing really going for me is my diet (I'm not even doing cardio).
Ugh I just want to be pregnant.

I think E4D and one attempt are both getting good results. I wouldn't necessarily try to time it to 4 days before O, that seems like an easy thing to obsess over, or O early/late and worry. I would personally do either E4D and no OPK or one attempt. a
The diet is one of the biggest things. Are you doing fibre/caffeine/alcohol at all? I found them pretty easy to add in.K 2012 C 2014 Baby C Nov 2017

Yes fibre every meal and wine with dinner. Drink at least 4 cups coffee a day lately. 😁

WEll, I know it's hard to fathom, but you actually are doing things that you don't even realize you're doing since your cycle is wacky. The time on diet is huge and you know you can make girls!!

OK thanks atomic. Will do. I'm on day 30 now and still no sign of AF.

I just got AF. Day 33.
So you think 1 attenpt every 4 days? I neef to up my chances to get pregs this month.

Whenever O is being tricky, I suggest every 4. That way you are going to be covered even if you miss a positive OPK and your O comes a different day.
