    Vitamin D

Does vitamin D sway if taken by DW or DH? It's so gloomy in winter I'm debating giving us Vit D but won't if it might sway blue.

Vitamin D sways heavily blue. Only take it unless you know for sure you are deficient in Vitamin D. If you have a deficiency, it won't sway one way or another if you take it to improve your levels.

We were TTC/swaying during summer and because of how much D sways blue I even avoided being outside too much which was hard since it was our first summer in our new house with a pool. Hubby didn't take supp but was out in the sun a ton and we got our girl. I have no idea if it sway for DH but if he doesn't really need it then I personally wouldn't give it to him.

It ~probably~ sways blue for both of you. I would not take it unless you have a diagnosed deficiency OR if you really think you need some, then find the lowest dose you can and take only 2x a week.

Thanks. I thought as much but couldn't find the info. I don't know if he's deficient but seems to suffers a bit in the winter. I'll leave it for now x
