Is anyone else always on the go? What are some good choices from quick food places, like subway (I have been doing egg white, Italian with veggies) or Noodles & Co. Or Panera? Any other " quick" options? I'm always running around to different sports!

Sushi is my only on the go food at the moment. I get the veggie ones. Luckily ds1 loves it too!

I would eat cinnamon pop tarts and coffee all the time! Cinnamon in my coffee always! Best way to get is no meat or way less meat. I believe it helped me

For breakfast I usually drink hot coffee with a little cream and sugar but since starting my sway I have found it is more filling to drink iced coffee with non-fat milk and most of the time sugar free syrup. Ex. iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and non-fat milk. Is the milk bad for my sway and would that be considered breakfast since it does have calories?

Do you only eat 2 meals or 3? And no breakfast I see. Is coffee ok in the morning ? Is coffee ok full stop for girl swaying?

Yesterday I had black coffee (with fiber powder in it... gourmet!) for breakfast. Two 'lite' crispbreads with light cottage cheese, lettuce and carrot for lunch. Chicken rice kebabs for dinner, but I had mostly white rice, carrot and lettuce, with just a sprinkling of chicken and a tiny bit of cheese, and homemade mayo and BBQ sauce. (I also cheated and had offcuts of coffee cake with coffee Swiss meringue buttercream, as I'm testing coffee-cake recipes for my sister's wedding!)
Today I had coffee with skim milk and artificial sweetener for breakfast. Homemade white bread with light cottage cheese, lettuce and carrot for lunch. And dinner will be sausage pasta minestrone, but I'll pick out the sausage and give it to the baby.

Is it ok to have very small amounts of lunch so maybe 300-400 cals and then have a big dinner which is like a 1000cal? Or would the body then think times are suddenly good? Anyone know?
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
