Should I try tonight or skip this month?
I have been on the LE diet for about 10 weeks but struggled to keep it up over the Christmas period and we have just been on holiday (quite a few burgers and chips). I was snowboarding and walking loads though so maintained my weight and since restarting LE diet this week am now at my lowest weight for about 12 years. Should I skip this month or does the weight loss/maintenance suggest I wasn't as far over my limits as I thought? I really can't afford to lose any more weight so wonder if the weight loss side is more important (to dtd when I've just lost weight) or what I'm actually eating (to try to maintain this weight and try next month eating more conventionally LE). Thanks for the advice!

Dream Vet
I'm in the same situation as u - when I have my first attempt next week I'd have been on LE for 11 weeks and I'm going for it even though I also had some bad meals over Xmas and even last Sunday I ate pretty bad due to being hungover I think the overall change is what makes the difference I also can't afford to lose much more weight I've already loss 9 ibs in 10 weeks so hoping my body will recognise the change more than the cheats !
I'd say go for it but Let me know what u decide !

I was planning our first attempt in March, but we decided to have an attempt this week! I figured that even with the best sway possible I could still get an opposite, so why not!! I say go for it too

The thing is, this is definitely our last baby so want to do it right! i think I might try an O+12 as unlikely to get pregnant but still gives me a shot! I'll keep you posted!

I'm delaying mine after illness, a drop in exercise and antibiotics! I really don't mind if we don't get our GD- I kind of think what's meant to be is meant to be-but the sway at least makes me feel I have some control IYKWIM! I suppose it depends on your own personal feelings either way

Augh I'm sorry I only just now spotted this.
I would have had you try. But whatever you did was the right thing to do.

Thanks for the reply Atomic. In the end I decided to give it a miss this month. As it is our last roll of the dice, I don't want any regrets. If I've done everything I can and I get a boy, I will feel blessed with that boy. If I've not given it my best shot, I'll always think what if. So that's why I made the decision in the end.

Ok!! Roll on for February!
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
