Accidentally conceived with BV.. While trying to sway girl
Anyone have much information about swaying with BV?? After I conceived I was told I had a uti and bv... I had a chemical pregnancy 3 months before and we were trying to sway girl! Is my sway completely ruined?!

Bacterial vaginosis is like a YI only instead of yeast, bacteria overgrow.
I personally do not believe it sways because I've seen at least 2 people who had chronic BV who went on to have girls. (so they had both boys and girls while having it!)

Ok well that gives me a little hope! I have just heard a lot of women who have all boys usually have problems with bv. I have two boys so far so I guess I will have to wait and see!

I've wondered this before because I think BV is caused by unbalanced PH, apparently when its too alkaline, which would fit in with some boy theories (although I know PH isn't really something people tend to bother with now) I suffer from BV too & worry it'll affect my sway

Well, some people who believe in the acid-alkaline idea like to say this but that has not been my experience and I seriously doubt this has ever been studied and thus is based on nothing.
Minerva's Mommy back on IG had chronic BV and had all girls.

ANY time your vaginal environment changes it can make it more hospitable for the "bad guys" and cause them to overgrow. But this would only translate if we kept seeing people actually having pH work for them, which is isn't. When we are getting neutral results with the low pH jellies AND tons of us have had pH opposites (including me - I got a boy with pH of 4.5) the notion just isn't adding up.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
