Caff free Coffee and girl sway
Hello! I was hoping for some information regarding the diet to sway for a girl!
I know to not eat breakfast but was wondering if a cup of decaf coffee or tea with some cream and zero calorie sweetener would be okay? I just need something more than water when I wake up!
I know caffeine is a no for a girl sway but was wondering if caffeine free Coke Zero is okay. I have read to cut out fizzy drinks but then I have also read to drink lots of caff free Diet Coke for the acidity. Was wondering what atomic recommends here or any mommies who have a daughter and tried to sway!
Thank you!!

Caffeine is NOT a no-no for a pink sway. That is what the old school mineral diets claim, but even by their OWN logic it has been totally debunked. It has been 110% proved that caffeine DOES NOT make "calcium leach from the body" and all their claims in that dept. are wrong, wrong, wrong.
Fizzy drinks do not sway blue and again, totally debunked as a sway tactic. The claim that they make calcium leach from your body is completely debunked.
We have had great results with full caff coffee as a sway tactic. I think EVERYONE should use coffee as a pink sway tactic!!
I got my daughter drinking tons of fizzy seltzer water and coffee.

Thank you SO much for responding so quickly!! That is great information and I'm happy to be able to have my caffeine! Would creamer or zero calorie sweetener be a problem? We are going to start trying in 3 months. Is it too soon to start altering my diet for a girl sway or is it better to be on it for a few months? I have two boys and am really praying for a girl!

Atomic, is Diet Coke still considered girl friendly? I'm having coffee in the am and diet coke in the afternoons. Is that good?

Anything unsweetened or artificially sweetened (no or very low cal) is fine.
Virtually all of us used some kind of coffee whitener and got girls doing that. You would want to avoid something like an extra tall latte with 2 cups of milk in it (or count as a meal) but other than that it's fine.

I doubt it does anything, but it's fine
