    Skipping breakfast TTC girl

    Hello!

So I know when TTC a girl that we should skip breakfast but was wondering what's the earliest it would be okay to eat something. I'm starting to take a barre class that starts at 11:30 and I need to eat something small before but i didn't know if 10:30-11 was okay to eat something, and if so, what is a good energizing snack that's still on the LE diet.

    Thank you!!

On those days try eating dinner earlier the night before so you maximize the number of hours between dinner/brunch

I almost always ate 10:30-11 and got a girl.

There is no set amount of time, you just want to push it a little longer between your last meal of the prev. day and the first meal of the next day.

I normally eat around 1100 & then dinner at 5.00. I figure thats a reasonable time between meals, allows me to function, & is so completely different to my previous life of constantly snacking. Remember there is no perfect - its about what works for you. I get up at 5am so I am already awake & running around after kids or at work for 6hrs before I first eat. This would be completely different for someone who gets up at 8am & then eats breakfast at 9am. Everyones lifestyle is different so you really cant compare to others.
