White bread or Wasa Sourdough Crisps?

Does the whole grain rye in wasa sway boy?

Am I better off with white bread?

    Many thanks!

Whole grain vs. white has been one of two very large gray areas for swaying. We are not finding whole grains to sway strongly blue and honestly they may even be more pink friendly for some people (like those with PCOS)

So please feel free to eat what you like, unless you have PCO or insulin resistance in which case you should do only whole grian.

As long as you don't have PCOS then white is fine.
