But how many calories are you eating?? Sorry if I'm missing this.
I don't think you should count carbs. I think you should count protein, fat, and calories. If you keep pro and fat in limits and then are getting adequate calories, there is no need to count carbs.
Fruit, sweets, putting sugar in coffee, eating bigger portions, even adding in full sugar soda are all ways people get more calories.

Thanks! I can't see where it adds calories in the My Fitness Pal app?

Laurel - your calories are along the top - where it says Goal - Food - Exercise = Remaining
You have 8,201 - 7,988 + 8 exercise = 221 remaining

Fruit and many kinds of sweets have no protein or fat in them.

Do you know if there is a way to change to calories? Or an app for tracking them that's better?

In the app you go to more (on the bottom right), then hit settings, then hit profile, then units and change it to calories. Hope that helps!

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
