Pink sway questions
I am hoping to sway pink in September. I have started the LE diet and would like to start cardio soon. My only concern is my BMI is 18 and i can't really lose a lot of weight. Over the past year and a half I lost a lot of weight (baby weight). I also started a low fat diet and primarily vegetarian (some fish/chicken) during this time for other reasons. I've eliminated breakfast for the most part, sometimes I'll eat a delayed breakfast. I used to eat cereal everyday but I've stopped doing that now.
Wondering when should I start cardio? Do I need to increase my calories to account for the cardio? I have a goal of about 1600-1800 per day.
Also when does DH start olive leaf extract and how much? Is the capsule form okay too or is it supposed to be the liquid.

Do not lose weight. You're already below the cutoff I have (18.5) for weight loss. Start off eating 2000 cals a day and you should be eating 50-60 g protein, 50-60 g fat. Try the exercise and see how it goes. If your weight stays stable, then you can try dialing it back on the cal intake (GRADUALLY!) But I would not have you go below 1800 cals a day (provided weight stays stable) because I think it will come off otherwise and you can't spare an ounce!
DH start OLE ASAP and it should be 500-1000 mg dry leaf. If using liquid follow the dose on the bottle as they're all very different. Don't do it with cranberry though!
