How to get enough fat in pcos le diet?
Hi
How can u get enough fat? I try to stay away from omega 6 fat as it is bad for us. Can you take avocado a few times a week..like half a one? Full fat yoghurts and some nuts..would that help increase fat? How many eggs a week? I just feel with the le pcos diet..I ate pretty healthy like that but then had loads of snacks on top lol when I conceived this time (baby boy).
Like if u have a glass of full fat milk with food...does that mean no yoghurt that day. How much dairy a day?

I have read that we need to eat fat with our food to absorb fat soluble vitamins.

4-6 eggs a week, full fat dairy, nuts, olive oil, butter, cream in coffee
Yes, you can have both a serving of milk and yogurt in the same day. It is totals that matter so if that helps you get up to the totals, that's fine.
Yes, you can have avocado if you need to.

I would not tell you to do it if it did.
I invented LE Diet. It is my diet that I researched and came up with. So if I tell you that is ok, then it is ok.
The reason why there is a warning about eggs is because some people do not follow the limits. They only do "magic foods"
And eggs used to be considered a "girl friendly food" so there were people who would eat 6 eggs a DAY or even more on a girl sway diet. I do not want you guys treating eggs as a free food but they are fine to have within the limits.

Yes but they do lots of things differently.
LE Diet is 1500-1800 cals (some go up to 1800-2000, a very, very smal % go down to 1200-1500)
40-50 g protein for most
30-60 g fat for most
PCOSers, older moms, those breastfeeding, and people with a lot of weight to lose go up to 50-60 g protein and fat
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
