Technically you're supposed to count from wine to breakfast, but I think you are fine to do just what you're doing as many of us have done exactly that and gotten good results doing so.

It's up to you, it may help, I'm not convinced it really does anything.
500-1000 mg daily started right away and carried on till BFP, at which point have him wean off by gradually spacing doses futher and further out till down to one per week, then he can drop it. Don't use it with cranberry

That's because no one knows. I could make up answers but the reality is that no one, not even me, knows what is "best" here since we don't have that kind of data and it very likely varies by person anyway.
You have got to take into consideration the ease of living with the diet and swaying. If having the wine at night helps you to do this overall without being miserable the whole time, IMO it is worth it. I find the people who do diets so strict that they are using willpower constantly just to stick to the darn thing often are the ones who end up with boys anyway. There is a LOT to be said for staying chill while swaying and having it be just a lifestyle on autopilot that you are really not dwelling on. So if the wine at night makes it easier, that's fine by me. I will tell you that is a cheat I personally chose to have. I often had my alcohol not with dinner but a couple hours after, and I also cheated in the morning and had sugar in my coffee (like breakfast really) I still got a girl!

I understand your question, but I don't KNOW what is best. If I told you one of those options was best, I would be lying because I do not have that kind of data to be able to say that (and it may be different between people anyway) Biologically there is a case to be made for both options and they are both convincing to me.
So since I don't know, I think you need to do what is going to work best for YOU personally and will make it easiest to stick to the diet in the long term.
