Husband Questions
Hello!
So my husband has cut back a majority of his typical red meat consumption and is willing to cut back most all meat as the time comes closer. We conceived both our boys on the first try. We had daily attempts around ovulation.
Will weight lifting affect the sway or should he just stick to jogging? How long per jog and how many times per week? I was going to hold off starting my cardio until 12 weeks out but began two weeks ago and have been enjoying it so far.
He has been drinking a glass of soy milk ever night. Is there anything else he can do diet wise?
Does him taking a multivitamin affect a pink sway?
And very random that pertains to me but I drink a lot of La Croix flavored seltzer water. Does this sway blue?

Swaying Advice Coach
We don't know if hubby weight lifting sways or not. Evidence and anecdotes point both directions. Just jogging, I feel better about. there is no set amount, the study that found a link between jogging and girls conceived, more was better.
It sounds to me like he's on the right track, if he's willing to give up the multivitamin, great.
We believe that if seltzer sways, it probably sways pink. I was drinking it when I got my DD.
