Super Strong Cranberry Pills

So my wonderful hubby went to Walmart without me and he bought some cranberry pills and I didn't even ask him to he just saw them.... I am thinking of not using rephresh so I was talking about other ways to keep ph really low.... These cranberry pills are 25,000mg with just 1 pill. I was thinking of taking 1 a day but I am not sure if I should take in the morn or at night before our attemp.

Would the morning be best to give it time to work?

I will only be taking fiber, calcium, mag, b6, iron, FA, and cranberry. Also using splenda and crystal light. I am not sure about using zyrtec and benidryl yet, I may just use one.

That was sweet of him! What brand were they? I have Sunkist brand ones (I never did take them because they give me horrid headaches) that are also like that, only had to take one.

The small print on the back says 50:1 ratio or equivalent to 25,000mg of fruit.

They are in the clear capsules and the inside is powder.

I have taken them for 4 days now in the morning and so far so good.

Wish I knew the answer! I guess you could use your Hanna to test pH if you have one. Maybe you could take half in the p.m. and half in the a.m.??? Your DH is super sweet!

I was taking those when I had my last 3 kids (1 girl and 2 boys). I switched to something else now without gelatin.

It seems that the super strong cranberry capsules only take about 2 days to work (at least in me). My pH is always pretty low, around 4.5 to 5 but this month just for the heck of it tried to take the super strong cranberry capsules. I only took 1 daily for 2 days and my pH lowered to 3.5 but it didn't lower that low until 2 days later. It has never been that low. I know Atomic isn't fond due to the nutritional content. Because they seem to work fast, I am only going to take them about 2-3 days before O to avoid too much nutrition...

PS - aside from the nutrient aspect, cran has all the same side effects as baby aspirin and then some. If you like it and it works for you tho, people have had success taking it!
