Fat free or sugar free foods?
I know that we are only supposed to drink Whole milk because skim and 1+2% mess up sugar levels. What about fat free cool whip or other fat free or sugar free foods? Like low fat cheese? How does that effect sugar levels? Should those low fat/fat free foods be avoided as well?

Are you on the PCOS type diet?
Most people on standard LE can have either whole or skim. Only those on the alternate diet must have only full fat.
I can't answer your question without knowing more about what diet you are doing, so let me know and I'll explain.

They are both LE Diet though. The standard LE and the alternate LE Diet are still both LE.
If you have more than 30 lbs to spare I'd do full fat only just because skim dairy is so hard on blood sugar levels. I know WW is down on that though and it would cost you a lot of points.

Ok. Let me explain my dilemma here. If you have a fair amount of weight to spare and/or have reason to beleive that you may have any insulin resistance issues, tossing a bunch of sugar onto yourself is going to possibly aggravate any underlying PCO-type tendencies and inadvertently can sway blue by raising blood sugar and in turn testosterone (altho I am no longer as sure testosterone in women sways, I have seen enough poor results with PCOSers on high carb diets swaying pink to think it is a mistake anyway).
Soooo, long story short, I think you are probably best off keeping that as a treat due to the high sugar in it. What you could do instead would be to sub in berries and then the fiber in the berries will make that a lot better option even with the fat free Cool Whip. Or even do sugar free cool whip, because you do need some fat to continue ovulating, fat free everything is not the greatest diet for fertility under any circumstances.

I have lost 13 pounds since June 1st starting the LE diet/WW - 25 pounds total in the last year. I'm down to 168 at 5'8"

That's great, keep up the good work!
I do think the berries are a better option than the cake.
