What to do to prep for a sway in 6 months?
Hello! We have three wonderful boys (we kind of sort of swayed the last two, but I didn't exercise, and wasn't as strict on the LE diet as I should have been) and are planning on TTC one last time starting in January/February. Is there anything I (or my husband) can do now in preparation? I've been itching to start some sort of exercise routine lately but obviously I don't want to start the 5 days a week of 60 mins cardio quite yet.
Thanks!

To add, we're currently using only spermicide as birth control, it's not a huge deal if we have an unplanned pregnancy before we actually TTC. It's still believed to sway pink IF I happen to get pregnant with it, correct?

I'd go vegetarian now and keep everything the same.
You do NOT need to do that much exercise in the here and now. Start off doing less, whatever you want to do, and then you will have plenty of time to increase exercise.

Perfect, I will do that, probably with a bit of fish here and there for now. When should I start doing the 60 mins cardio 5x a week and start doing the diet more seriously? 6 weeks before attempt? Or sooner?

12 weeks on diet (but you may be able to get by with less if you're vegetarian to start with) and 6 or more weeks with exercise.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
