Confused about magnesium
I started taking magnesium because I read it's good for those with pcos. But now I've seen lots of posts that say it sways boy? Shall I drop it? Only started this week with folic acid x

I'm not sure about Mg with reference to pcos but it definitely does not sway blue in and of itself. Increasing ones intake of all minerals sways blue, not increasing your intake of an individual mineral.

Magnesium supplements can sway blue. I wouldn't take it unless you have a known deficiency. Are you doing the PCOS version of LE?

Yes I am, I read on that page that magnesium helps control blood sugar hence why I bought it!

The lame answer is that we do not totally know how all these things sway in isolation. WE have a study that shows people who ate higher intake of magnesium rich foods ended up conceiving more boys, but also the "mineral diet" people say it sways pink (but indirectly by making calcium work better - but we're not even sure calcium sways pink! it may sway blue!)
Sooo, until we have someone go through and test all these things (likely never) we really honestly do not know how they all sway in isolation. I have people avoid them generally but at the same time, others really want to take it since they believe in the mineral diets (I got boys on the mineral diets, so I don't believe in it.)
Long story short - unless you are really sold on its benefits I would leave it out of your sway, but it is not likely to be a total dealbreaker on its own.

Thank you for the info, did I misread on the swaying under special circumstances that it was recommeneded for pcos swayers?

It's up to you what you want to do with your sway. It may help some with PCOS, but that doesn't always mean it will be best for a sway. I just lay the stuff out there, and then you guys can pick and choose from that. If you want my opinion I will give it, but I am just reporting what I've read elsewhere on PCOS. Hope that makes sense.
