    Help!!!

    Hello!

    I had a pos opk on Sept 10th and we BD in the afternoon with our one attempt. My cycles for the past few months were 26, 38, 35, and 27 days. The 38 and 35 day cycle were 100% that long because I wasn't counting my fat I was just eating low fat everything and wasn't getting enough. I know that ovulation cramps don't mean anything but with all four months I got my period 10 days after my cramping. With that being said last month I started spotting on day 26. I'm now on cycle day 29 with no period and negative tests. I made sure I was getting enough fat this month so I'm positive it's not delayed due to that. I'm having some cramping and have been since Friday night which I normally don't get before menstruation but anything is possible. Just wondering if anyone had any similarities incase it's LE diet related. Thanks!

    Other things aside from fat can delay ovulation. Low calories overall, exercise, supplements, illness, even the dreaded catchall "stress" can delay O. So any/all of these things could be making you O late this month.

    If you're having cramps, I would actually have an attempt in case O is coming NOW. That way you'll be covered!
