Looking to have a girl... how?
Hi.. i am looking to try to concieve a girl when i do start trying.. can anyone please advise any advise for this...
read lots of stuff from calcium intake, weight loss to skipping breakfast and not having any meat in diet.. please any help greatly appreciated for both me and hubby diet etc wise... any advise!!?

To elaborate on LE diet it's 1500-1800cals, 50-60g protein, 30-60g fat. Usually it's 2-3 meals a day but you could also do 4 if you feel like you need to. You can eat pretty much whatever foods you like but most ladies go vegetarian just because it's easier to stay within protein limits that way. Avoid fortified foods though, as well as red meat and oats. You don't have to skip breakfast but having an overnight fast of 12-16 hours is good. For example, you could eat dinner at say 6pm then eat again the next morning around 6 or 7am. Definitely take folic acid or folate. It doesn't sway, it's just something you need to take while TTC.
