Some questions on LE diet
Hi all!
I have some questions on the LE diet which I am following now for three weeks. I am doing a 'relaxt' way of the diet so changed a lot compared to my diet before but do allow myself on a birthday a piece of pie :-) I am feeling quite hungry in between meals and I am losing weight while not doing extra exercising (as my bmi is low already). I lost a cup size and I am losing hair as well. What do you recommend? Eat extra meals? Eat more? Thanks! If we go for it I planned to ttc in October (6 weeks diet)

Yes, we need for you to eat more since your weight is already low. NO MORE weight loss. Do whatever it takes to keep weight on now.
People usually do things like eat chicken to keep weight on. But this does not work. You need more CALORIES not protein, so please eat more things like carbohydrates and vegetable based fats (like oils and margarine) to keep weight on.
I am not sure how many meals you're already eating but if you're eating 2, 3 is also perfectly fine on LE Diet!! (I got my daughter eating 3 meals a day, around 11 am, 4-5 pm, and then before bed) and if you're eating 3 and not able to get enough calories, you can go to 4 and even 5. It is still different than the all-day grazing that most of us all boy moms tend to do.

Hi! Thanks for your reply! I eat at 11:00, then at 14:00 and then at 20:00/21:00. Is that ok? Do using margarine on my sandwiches is ok? I feel very relaxed with this way of diet, it's not difficult to follow but I do miss snacking ;-). I'll keep you posted on our decision to go for our third child or not. Also I'd like to support your site and your help. Best is to become dream member? What would you suggest in my situation?

Ps 11:00 is an Apple and two crackers, 14:00 is lunch with sandwiches, 20:00/21:00 is dinner

Yes that's a fine pattern of eating.
Margarine is fine in your limits for the day.

Thanks Atomic! My proteïnes are around 50 a day, fat around 60, and I try to have my calories around 1800-2000 but don't make it that much every day. Because most times I go over the proteïnes if I eat more. So need to figure out how to have more calories without having too much fat and proteïnes. Will buy the membership this week! Thanks again!

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
