Hi
Just wondering if any bf frequency tends to sway pink? I am only expressing milk 1-2 a day, it's not a lot 5oz a day,

Yes it still sways pink because it's the physical state of lactation that sways. Maybe not as much as if you were nursing more, but it still helps

YES it still helps even if only nursing 1x a day. Nursing has an effect on your body and if you're doing it even a little, it has that effect.
Out of curiosity I'd love to hear wht and how breastfeeding sways pink!

What I believe is actually swaying pink is our body's gentle, natural methods of suppressing fertility as a kind of primitive birth control. So when we lose weight, don't eat enough, exercise too much, are nursing our bodies do this thing where it's just a little harder to get pregnant and something about this sways pink.
SO nursing, since we know for sure it does slightly suppress fertility while still possible for many people (virtually everyone over the course of time) to get pregnant, sways pink that way.
This is NOT obvious in the general population though because a woman whose fertility comes roaring back fast after having a baby and nursing may be more set for blue even though she's still nursing because it's not about breastfeeding per se, it's about fertility. Whereas another person may take ages for her cycle to return even if she's not nursing that much, so it's just really not something you can see when you compare two people.
