Ahhhhhrgh
Scrolling through facebook and one of those lists came up
'Children most likely to get a baby brother next year'
Obviously my little boys name is on the list
I'm 7 weeks and symptoms are the same as when I had him so I've now completely convinced myself it's a boy...
Can someone please give me a slap and tell me I'm being stupid!

A list on FB is not going to predict your child's gender. It just can't. Symptoms don't matter at 7 weeks regardless of gender because the Y chromosome isn't even activated yet so all babies are basically like girls at this point. Relax. What's done is done. You have every chance at having a girl. You only have one boy so you may not even be set for boys. You could very well be expecting a girl and all this worrying is for nothing.

Thankyou!! Think I feel particularly bad at the moment as a few people I know have announced they are having girls! Jealousy is a horrible thing!

?? that is just a list for fun that someone made up.
Symptoms cannot predict gender because the Y chromonsome is still dormant right now.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
