Pink Sway & Exercise Question
Hi Atomic,
I don't think I will be able to do the 6-7x week intense cardio. I can realistically do 3x week, about 30-40 mins (per my usual schedule). Should I continue to do this, or will it affect my pink sway negatively? Thanks in advance

I'm sure Atomic will jump in here but it is my understanding that 30-40mins of cardio sways blue.
For pink you would need to up that to 60 mins x 4-6 times a week.
It doesn't have to be intense (as far as I'm aware?) It can be walking briskly. But it's the duration that matters most.
The other option if you don't think it's achievable is to do nothing at all.
Some ladies rather this option if they don't think the 60 mins is achievable, or if they already do a lot of exercise and want to mix things up.

Very helpful thanks curious to hear from atomic about the intensity of the 60 min workout.

This is Atomic's response to another topic in here posted a few days ago, with a similar question...

Question - does the exercise help with anxiety feelings at all?
Originally when we started off I wanted you guys to avoid moderate exercise but exercise has been SO GOOD for so long that I am now coming around to any exercise (especially if you are already doing it and it helps with anxiety)
Now I'd very much ~prefer~ that you got at least 4 days of 60 minutes but my gut instinct is telling me for you to keep going with what you're doing as long as you've lost at least a bit of weight on a lower protein diet.

doesn't need to be intense (if I had a time machine I'd go back and use a different word!) but if at all poss make it go on 60 min
