Question about coming off birth control!

Hi everyone, we swayed earlier in the year and it unfortunately ended in MC followed straight away by a chemical so we’ve decided to take some time off, enjoy Christmas and get back to swaying in January ready to try again in March, so I’ve gone back on birth control. I know the first month off sways pink but that doesn’t really seem an option for me because my last two pregnancies - one successful and one not. It’s been exactly 3 months off before I’ve been able to conceive so it seems that my body takes around 12 weeks to go back to normal. I’m wondering that because my fertility seems to be suppressed for those 12 weeks when I hit the 12 week mark is that giving me a burst of fertitly which may sway blue? We don’t know the gender of the baby we MC. Im thinking if that’s the case I should have 4 months off bc before ttc so hopefully everything is fully back to normal? Can anyone help? Thanks

I just don't have the data I'd need to answer this question at all, I'm sorry.

You're really extrapolating a lot from a pretty small sample size of two conceptions.

I would just try when you're ready and not worry about how many months it's been.
