What foods to avoid on IG diet?
Hi,
Can anyone point me in the direction please of a list of foods not allowed on the diet? I know it says if it isn't on the list, you shouldn't have it. But is there a list of the really bad ones due to potassium etc?
Thanks.

Avoid Garlic, Onion, and Celery they can increase testoserone. Nearly all white fleshed fruits and veggies have potassium in it so limit to 1 a day or none. Don't use any premade or frozen meals, spice mixes, or dressings.

Looks like you got some great answers! I would say the number one thing to avoid is red meat and dark meat poultry.
Just wanted to let you know that we do things differently on this site than on the IG site. I'm happy to help translate the IG-FAQ-ese for people (after all, I was swaying mod on there too for awhile) but I just wanted to let you know that I don't necessarily agree with the advice they give on there, esp. in the area of diet.
