Thanksgiving cheats

Feeling super crappy. I had 2 thanksgivings (I have a huge family) and tonight my MIL came to have her thanksgiving with us Italian style. 3 cheat days in a row and I feel like absolute CRAP. Safe to say I’m back on track tomorrow due to the fact that I feel SO sick right now. I’m definitely realizing how much my body has changed in these short months of swaying. Is it normal to feel like 3 days totally derailed my sway? Or am I just a total nut?

I know it may feel like your sway is ruined but it isn’t! 3 cheat days is nothing! Most of the time our chests aren’t as bad as we think. I always had 3 cheat days a month- usually 1-2 the first days of AF and another somewhere during the cycle. Just pick up right where you left off and don’t give it another thought!

Man I cheated so much. If eating all you want for 3 days swayed boy everyone would do it. You haven’t ruined it don’t worry.

This whole month of November has been pretty bad for me cheat wise. (6 in one month) I was saying in another thread I have such a big family and there’s always something going on where cheats are inevitable. This months been filled with birthdays, a wedding, and our thanksgivings. I’m hoping this month wasn’t enough to completely derail my sway. We are Ttc at the end of December so I’m gonna be good from here on out! I usually try to just cheat around my cycle, pretty much the way you explained but this month was just a total bust!

Atomic, I started a new thread but for some reason I can’t open it, it just said page error, but this month I tracked my ovulation (I did in October too) for some reason I didn’t get a positive OPK does this mean I’m no longer ovulating or could it be another issue?
