Another week of no working out
Between the holidays, me being sick, my son being sick and just a whole bunch of other things going on tomorrow will be 2 weeks of not working out and it’s driving me absolutely insane.
We had our first attempt on the first but I don’t want to stop swaying until a get a BFP, and while I’m back on track with the diet after the holidays, I haven’t had a chance/time/energy to work out other then last Tuesday
So my question is, if we didn’t conceive this cycle, how bad will this mess up my sway?

Swaying Advice Coach
Well, my crystal ball is back in the shop again, that darn thing, never available when I need it, and I honestly can't say if someones sway is messed up or how badly it is messed up. I just can't know these things. I think you should just regroup when you can and move on from here.

You’re right, I know it was a dumb question. I’m just so neevous that I’m undoing all of the progress that I’ve made during my sway. I’ve tried working out this week, but couldn’t make it to the full 60 mins. I just don’t want to end up messing up my sway.
