    Another controle freak question

How long is it allowed to take to finish my meal? I知 a slow eater and mayby in 35/40 minutes I知 finished. Does that take too long? Shall eat faster? I知 afraid that it wil count as two meals.

Lol it's fine to take that long. I remember one swayer from a few years back who successfully swayed pink took an hour to eat one meal. What we're trying avoid is eating then 30 min or an hour later eating again because that's snacking. Please don't feel like you have to choke down your food in x amount of minutes!
