Ava fertility bracelet. Any use?
Did anyone use the ava fertility bracelet or did everyone track old school? Since it's important to know when to stop baby dancing in order to improve chances I was curious how many people used the bracelet. I am HORRIBLE with things and just know if I try taking my temp myself I'll skip days, the time will be crazy. I figured something like the ava bracelet would be a good option for me in terms of tracking ovulation.
If you used a different tracking bracelet what did you use?

Swaying Advice Coach
I'ts been very unreliable for people.
You don't need to track temps for swaying and in fact I generally advise not to.
I am assuming you're thinking of doing a frequent BD to a cutoff?? We do not advise doing that at all, as cutoffs have been totally debunked and doing frequent BD may even sway blue. genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/58359-what-up-bd-thru-o-pink-lately.html I would suggest having one attempt at positive OPK instead and you can do OPK tests for much cheaper and with much higher level of reliability than the Avas.
