BD once unprotected in the fertile window. That's the recommendation. Not all cycle.

I got my only daughter out of 5 kids with coffee!!
How interesting! Thank you! And am I right to say that we should try have the least amount of milk possible in our coffees?

Hi,
No not the whole cycle just during the fertile window of when I was tempting and tracking using opk to find my ovulation window
Also my ovulation was hard to pin point as Iam still breastfeeding my little one.
My partner started a new job which requires him to work away every 5 days then home for 5 so we bed on Nov 13th and 14th then again 6 days later on the 22nd and 25th according to fertility friend and temping I ovulated around the 23rd of Nov 2017 so conception mostly likely occurred around 16-21st. I hope that helps

Not necessarily. You can use however much milk in coffee within your limits. If you're having it with a meal you can have as much as you want. In the morning or between meals, you should probably stick with a couple tablespoons but that is usually plenty (just avoid the lattes that have 1-2 cups of milk in them). no need to be deprived constantly, it's fine to have a nice cup of coffee with some milk/cream in it.

Yes, and you'd get a nasty headache for several days if you went off it! There is plenty of time at BFP to wean off it if you'd like to without suffering the ill effects.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
