Just estimate home cooked food to the best of your ability. It doesn't have to be exact, just ballpark figures.
Oh yes we often have this situation arise with Australians and OLE. We don't know if they measure it differently and that may be the same amount OR if it is meant to be stronger for short term use only. We've tried asking the companies and they don't seem to know either. So, what most people do is just try to find one that's measured the same OR take that kind every other day instead of daily.
What does OLE do in terms of swaying? Is it changing DH‘s pH?

We don't know what it does. I am not even sure I believe it does anything.
We had this doctor on here for a while who claimed she was using it to get better gender splits with IVF rounds (more XX than XY) and she was going to write a study on it. But then she got busy and I don't know that anything ever came of it. But several of our IVF ladies began using it. And while I personally don't think it made much, if any of a difference for them, we started using it for swaying. It seems to help a little, but I think it's a quirk of the statistics, since most of the people who use it have other things swaying pink for them already - they're older, husband has poor sperm health, husband is on some type of medication, they've been trying to conceive for a long time and not getting pregnant - so I am not sure at all if OLE is doing anything or if it's because the people who use OLE are more likely to conceive girls to start with.

Thank you so much! I try to keep things clear for everyone around the world to read but sometimes I talk too much, LOL.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
