So for the last week straight my husband and I have been having unprotected sex, I thought I was in the “safe” zone but something told me to do a OPK and it was positive. I don’t know how long it was positive for, so I don’t know how many “attempts” we had. I haven’t been on diet for long and my excesizing is almost non existent recently! I think the only thing good going for me was. Urging out red meat, the portion of my sway prior to my loss in January and that my diet has been a mix of LE and PCOS LE for about a month.
I’m still in the 2ww so I’m trying not to worry too much but I’m having a tad bit of anxiety. We weren’t going to start until next month so I anticipated having a little more time:/

You can get a positive OPK in the 2ww during the secondary estrogen surge! if you think you have already ovulated, it may just be the SES giving you a false pos OPK.

I had thought I had about 5-6 days before I entered my fertile period so my husband and I dtd quite a few times leading up to that week unprotected. Later one night I took an OPK and it was positive, I don’t know if I was just early to
Ovulate or if the test was wrong. I’m due for AF on the 18th so we will see! If I did conceive this month...hopefully luck will be on my side lol

Oh I gotcha! Yes, always possible to ovulate sooner than you are used to!

I’m thinking that’s what happened! Atleast I jumped and dumped the day I got a pos OPK! Lol
