    Smoothies

    Are fruit smoothies encouraged on the Le diet?or does it sway boy Just wanna know

    They're fine. I've definitely seen ladies here having smoothies and getting girls. Foods by themselves don't sway, it's overall diet that matters.

    Sure that's fine! Just be sure you're not adding protein powder that is full of nutrients. Some fruit in a blender or fruit+yogurt is allowed within limits!

    Great! I dont like yoghurt at all so It only will be fruits and spinach
