If I cut out anything sweet, how will that sway?

I've been thinking about cutting out anything sweet other than fruit, hoping that that will help me lose 5 lbs. I was wondering if that would sway boy or girl.

On one hand, it may sway boy because I'd probably be replacing empty calories with more nutricious calories.

On the other hand, it may sway girl if I end up losing weight from it.

What do you think Atomic? Is it worth a try for losing weight (my weight hasn't budged since January), or is it too dangerous for swaying boy especially since I'm not taking Clomid?

as far as im aware the PCOS LE diet has better results than the standard LE diet and it is processed-sugar free, im on it this time and the only sweet things im eating is fruit which is a huge change for me!! wait for Atomic's advice but id imagine it can only sway pink? its not like your replacing the empty sweet foods with steaks or high fat/protein foods etc

just as a side note i know lots of people in real life (not swaying) who conceived their girls while on low-sugar diets which they did for weight loss

If you have PCOS cutting out sweet things will sway pink and in fact everyone with PCOS SHOULD cut out sugar and white flour totally if at all possible. That is a critically important part of the alternate PCOS-type LE Diet.
