Anyone underweight
I been on the LE diet about 4 weeks now, I started at 107ish I’m now 102 I am almost 5”6 so I am underweight. I remember when being on LE diet while ttc my daughter I went from 114-109 and stood at 109. I been upping my carb intake I just don’t want to be on this diet longer than 12 weeks. I could handle no meat the snacking is hard for me. I haven’t been snacking though. I removed Mirena at the beginning of July, and I am not sure whether or not I even had af, I had some bleeding a few days after for a few days. I have no clue where I am at in my cycle I was going to take birth control till my attempt around November.

Do whatever it takes to keep weight on. Add another meal if need be. You are TERRIBLY underweight by 2 full BMI points below my absolute minimum cutoff and I think you will need to regain some weight in order to be able to get pregnant.

I have been on the diet for about 12 weeks now and am at a good place for holding steady now, but especially at the beginning it took me
Some tweaking to make sure I wasn't dropping too fast because I always hover near underweight too. When I made an effort to eat more breads like bagels, it stopped dropping or even went up lol. Then I switched over to all whole grain type of breads and that has balanced it well. I started basically by just adding a whole bagel to my lunch (in addition to my usual food!) and that worked for me. Also sometimes I feel like there's a lag time with my weight where I'll eat more/less and not see a change until the next week. Especially for us small gals- a couple pounds makes a big difference! Good luck!

Atomic, I didn’t want make a new thread. I’m still at 102 I been adding carbs, I didn’t get af yet, so I got some opks and seem I ovulated last week, I only had spotted fertile cm once hardly any, probably from Mirena. I’m on diet now 7 weeks. I was waiting till November , but probably will start trying in September. I don’t want to be on diet much longer and become obsessive. After my dd last year, I got into a dark place with food and my image and I don’t want to go there again,. I was going to go on birth control till October/November but I don’t think I’ll wait that long to try. I really want another daughter and my dh doesn’t want to prolong it, my dd will be 2 the ending of November so I want a nice close age gap.
I was going to hold off till after the holidays, but I’m already been at the diet and I don’t want to stop and re start. Any advice? Also how long does Mirena sway pink for? Thanks atomic

I want you to start trying sooner given your weight. Please do not go on birth control and then come off it again. It really doesn't have a good enough effect taken only one month or two to justify the potential trouble it could cause for your cycle.
Mirena probably sways pink for 1-2 cycles after removal.

At the end of the day you have to do what feels right to you. I'd likely have you start trying now because I don't want to risk your ovulation but you're the one who has to live with it if you were to try sooner and get an opposite.
