I've been trying to follow the diet as closely as possible w/out losing my mind, but that being said I always have coffee w/ cream in the a.m. I never eat w/ the coffee though, I *always* skip breakfast. DH & I stick to these main things: skip breakfast, coffee in a.m., no red meat, low fat, no cereal (or oatmeal).

We all kept our morning coffee. It really makes it a lot easier to skip breakfast when we keep the coffee.

Thank you! Actually really enjoying this diet (which I think is the first time I’ve ever enjoyed a diet in my life!) I don’t think I realised how much I was snacking until I’ve had to make a conscious effort to stop! Everything I read about boy sways describe me to a tee so looking forward to seeing if I can make a pink one this time 😊

Yeah I actually don't mind it much! Although I'm really looking forward to a big bowl of cereal

Would that make it ok to have coffee in between meals if we add equal or Splenda instead of sugar? Or it should always be with meals if there’s any sweetener in it? (I was hoping to have my once a day coffee in between meals with a little milk and some Splenda or equal. )

Yes as long as it's very low or no calories (and artificial sweetener qualifies) then it's fine between meals.

This may be a silly question but I had a terrible diet month, lots of fried food, drinking and late night snacks and of course just got my BFP after months of trying with clomid! Should I try to keep up the diet or just call it and hope for the best?

I think you only do the diet until you get the bfp. I believe Atomic says to continue the diet in the two week wait. Maybe she can clarify. But you never know, your other lifestyle factors may sway pink. Good luck to you hope you get your girl

Yep only do diet till you get BFP! Then it's time to come off it!
Good luck and pink dust headed your way!

Don't forget we have this diet support thread going, ladies!! Do you need support and encouragment?? Do you have recipes to share, or are you hoping to find some new options?? This is the place, please share your meal ideas here (and check out the first post in this thread for links to our older meal support threads that are chock full of info.)
Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
