    Is this bad?

    Hi girls

    I have started the LE diet (TTC girl) for a few weeks now and I notice that I am now trying to eat 1,500 calories. I gain weight instead of waste is this really bad?

    Hmm, I guess It would also depend on your current weight before starting the diet and how many calories you consumed before. And the sort of foods you’re eating and if you’re working out (extra weight could be muscle gain?) I don’t know, I’m not being very helpful with an answer here but a lot of factors can come in to play... I’m sure someone with more expertise than me can help, and good luck with your sway, I’m a fellow pink swayer x

    I’m new here so consider this collaboration more than advice...
    Are you extreamly petite? Maybe you have lower than average needs.
    Also are you positive your calculations? Is there any chance you forgetting to add something?
    I think gaining weight sways blue regardless of the diet, but like I said I’m new so that’s just based on what I’ve read on the site

    What is your height and weight?

    How many calories would you eat in a day when not swaying?

    What kinds of foods are you eating?

    How are you counting the amoutn of calories you're eating?

    We may need to have you switch to our alternate diet.

    my height is 1.60 and my weight is 58.2

    before I started the diet, I was on 900-1100 calories (I've never been a big eater) I have not had breakfast

    because I do not eat my calories with 2 I got breakfast and that is a smootie yoghurt with fresh fruit or 2 sandwiches lunch 2 sandwiches and evenings that is different the one time we eat pasta the other time an salmon salad or potatoes with vegetables and meat and that is usually a small piece of chicken I am not really a meat eater.

    I keep everything in fatsecretapp, but I get the attached proteins and the fat in the diet, only the calories do not, so I try to eat about 1500 calories.

    I don't want anyone below 1200 calories because that's the minimum safe food intake for pregnancy. I would up to 1200 and see what happens. If weight flies off, up to 1500-1800. If it holds steady, great. If you gain weight, we need to add in exercise because I don't want anyone below 1200.

    I want you to switch from white flour and sugar to whole grains, fruit, and veg.

    Be sure you are getting 50 g protein and 50 g fat minimum.

    I'm going to keep the 1200 calories. and try to keep an eye on my weight now we really want to do our 1st attempts next month is that possible?

    do you mean musli / granola with whole grains?

    No, I mean whole wheat bread/pasta, and brown rice.

    I don't see any point eating muesli or granola, it doesn't help your sway any and the oats ~may~ sway a little blue (even though you would have to eat a LOT of oats!

    I ate all wholemeal bread and pasta I thought if I eat yogurt with fruit and musli in the morning, then I'll get more carbohydrates and I'll get over 1,300 carbohydrates, but I'll eat more bread. I have already searched the forum but could not find the answer is it good if I take fruit as a snack? and I wondered if it would be bad if I drink iced tea between meals?

    Do you mean calories?

    You do not have to eat bread! That is not what I am saying! Don't eat more bread than you're already eating.

    Some people eat white bread. I don't want you to eat white bread IF you eat bread. You do not have to eat bread, though.

    You can have fruit with meals but not as snacks.

    Tea may be blue friendly so I would skip iced tea.
