    Crippling migraines 2ww

I haven't had migraines since I'm a teen. Many years ago. This cycle after i ovulated I got a massive migraines that I almost vomited from. Now they keep coming. I feel constant pressure in my eyes and they are threatening to start. It must be hormonal. Usually I can drink a lot or go into a dark room to prevent it. Sometimes it slips up anyhow. I ordered iron and it will be here Monday, because I was looking for a specific iron without other vitamins and gentle. So I wonder if it is iron related or just plain old hormones this fluke cycle. Do I need to be careful with meds in the 2ww? Its early. Only like 4 dpo now.

    I really can't know, I'm sorry. I just can't tell you what's going on.

What medication were you planning to take? Tylenol would be best but it doesn't touch my migraines really, I generally use ibuprofen but that's less safe.
