Girl sway, curious what you guys think
Hi all,
This month I will start my first try at swaying for a third daughter. The diet and supplements I choose to use are based on a Dutch research regarding natural swaying (https://www.rbmojournal.com/article/...49-3/abstract). The rest of my sway is a combination of things I read across the internet and checked in peer reviewed journals. Would you guys take a look and let me know if there is anything I should add or change? Thanks on forehand!

I am not atomic, but I would like to point out right off the bat that since your DH's age is over 35, it may not be a good idea to use the abstaining method. I believe because it can increase genetic problems. I can try to grab that info for you in a min. A good alternative would be frequent release, daily, for at least 7 days before attempted BD.
Also, daily BD to TTC isn't recommended either. Your best bet is just to do frequent release until you get a + OPK, then BD.
I want to say that high calcium may sway boy, so I wouldn't necessarily aim for high cal.

Thank you so much! Definitely no abstaining then ;-). I think we will do a combination of FR and BD till a positive OPK. I am doubtful about just BD one time because I do not want to decrease my chances of getting pregnant. And more BD is a higher chance right?
I read a lot of scientific articles and I am pretty sure that high cal sways girl, so I will stick with that. I copied the method section of a study who found this diet and minerals effective.

Dutchie, as you already have two girls (though I see from awhile ago), what was your lifestyle like then? I'm also not sure what possible articles you could have read on high calcium swaying girl, as most current, validated research shows it much more likely to sway boy -- and this site has going on a decade of support with that, too.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
