I don’t put sugar or anything in them myself.

Do they come with sugar in them, though? Whether or not you add it yourself, is there sugar in them?

Oh ok. Then yeah I’m pretty sure they would since their kinda sweet. I just wouldn’t know what else to drink that doesn’t taste strong as regular coffee.

If you have it with a meal that's fine. If you can't live without it in the morning, treat it like a meal (so you'd have "breakfast" of your coffee drink) but keep to a total of 3 meals if you possibly can.
Basically, we relax the rules till you can find a combination of things that work for you, even if we have to set some of the rules aside, we keep as many as we can along the way.

Oh gotcha.
Yeah the coffee is all I have in the morning then around 12/12:30 I have a salad and no snacks before dinner, then I eat dinner with no meats.
Before I would always skip breakfast except for coffee but I would have snacks between lunch and dinner.

I’m pretty sure my calorie intake is at that. I know it’s for sure over 1200/1300. I get about that much in protein as well. Some days it’s very hard to remember if I even ate since especially during the week I’m so crazy busy driving 4 kids to different schools and come home just to stay on my feet and clean and care for the littlest one since my husband works in another country and is home only very short times each visit which is a couple times a year.

Well, there is a massive difference between 1200 and 1800 so we need to be sure that you're getting enough food to keep you ovulating and so you can get and stay pregnant! Esp. with hubby so rarely home, we don't want to take any chances that your ovulation will stop and you'll end up missing opportunities!

After actually paying attention to things I eat I do believe I’m around wht you suggest calorie intake wise. I have not eaten breakfast in I say atleast two months worth since I’m not a breakfast eaters and also with 5 kids I’m crazy busy in the morning driving 4 of the kids to 3 different schools then usually having to get the things for the house as needed and by time I get lunch it’s already 1230/1pm. But I do however have one coffee in the mornings right after I drop everyone off.
My one worry now is though is that I got my period a couple days early (today) and my calendar is saying I’ll ovulate the 11th of February. The day my husband flys in. January (this month) I had my positive opk on cd15. Cd15 in February is the 10th. What would your suggestion be to BD when my husband flys in on the 11th? Or is there even a chance at that point?
