Thank you so much 🙃💓 Praying hard for a little girl to join our family! I’ve always been a big breakfast eater so I cut that out! When we conceived our little boy I was snacking all the time, lifting heavy weights, bd more than once during ovulation, eating lots of protein and fat always eating breakfast! So I’ve cut out all of that and now going to add in coffee before we try for baby #2!

So I conceived two boys on no coffee. Once I started drinking coffee I had 1-2 cups per day, always with flavored creamer. I conceived my third son drinking quite a bit of coffee. But I did not do the LE diet and was not exercising. So as atomic always says, I think things like coffee may help if you’re already doing the important stuff, which I wasn’t. Good luck to you and definitely try flavored creamer- it’s how I learned to love coffee!
