Pink Sway plan
I'm on CD2 right now.
-LE diet (trying to relax/cheat a little, delay bfast, lots of coffee, alcohol nightly) 3wks so far
-50-60min exercise 4-6x/wk (usually jogging) for 3wks so far
-fiber +folate
-Femara on CD 5-9
-plan to BD every 4 days (have 4 cycles to conceive)
-OLE for hubby (about to start).
Does this look good? Am I missing anything?

Looks great to me!!
Wouldn't change a thing! just be sure you're continuing on with the e4d even after you think you've ovulated.

Ok thank you- I hadn't thought about that. Should I be doing ovulation tests (I bought some)? How exactly should I be doing e4d? Like does every 3 or every 5 matter?

Every 72 hours is how most do it. A minority of people prefer to do it in the every 96 pattern to start with (so they give it a couple months at 96 hours then go to every 72)
If you're doing every 4 days you don't need to do ovulation test just be sure you keep going. The number one thing people do wrong with e4d is stopping when they think they ovulated only to find they actually had a delayed ovulation.

Is the 72 better than the 96? I'm fine with either

Every 96 hours ~may possibly~ be slightly more pink-friendly than 72 but 72 is by far better chance of conception.
So some will start off with the 96 and see if they can get pregnant that way before going to the every 72 hour pattern after a couple months.

I somehow managed to injure my ankle which has put a serious kink in my cardio exercise. Roughly a week before ovulating too
I've tried some at-home injury-friendly (no equipment) cardio exercises but it's hard finding anything that actually keeps my heart rate up for that long. Any tips? I can stand and walk, squats are fine, but the impact of jogging is too much for now. I'm nervous about doing something that ends up swaying blue on exercise.

I would just let it go for now. Stopping a week before O is not going to sway blue and I'm worried that walking will aggravate it.
But that having been said I actually prefer walking for you guys anyway (for this very reason - people are constantly getting injured while running/jogging) so if you think you can do that, go ahead and walk.
