Looking for sway buddies .....ttc in May
Hi ladies
I’m starting my LE diet tomorrow and hoping to start ttc in May!
Looking for some sway buddies for motivation and support!
Starting with small changed tomorrow by dropping my morning protein bar - and trying to not to eat unil at least 11:30 am.
Going to stop eating red meat this week - drink Diet Coke - add coffee into my diet & glass of rose wine in evening.
Anyone else starting le diet or planning to ttc in May?

I am! I'm trying to iron out the details of what my diet should look like and finish my post holiday/birthday Whole30. I am looking forward to enjoying my wine again 😊

Lizzilou31 I also have 3 little boys! What age is your boys?
Trying to iron out the details aswell - I’ll struggle not eating red meat! I have a very boy friendly diet, so lots of changes to make!
What month are you hoping to start ttc?
I had a birthday this week aswell - I was 30

Awesome! My boys are 7.5, 5, and 2. They are amazing but man is my house loud!
I know! My diet now is so different from my diet when I conceived any of my boys. I drink way more coffee and I've cut out all red meat. I just need to reduce my protein/fat intake and stop eating so many potatoes and onions!Mom to three crazy guys, hoping to add a girl to the mix!

Also TTC in May. We were suppose to try GS but DH got cold feet, so here I am swaying for a boy.

My boys are 3, 2 and 10months! We always said we wanted three kids but I just feel like our family needs one more little person - swaying girl but would be thrilled with another boy to!
I have really struggled with the diet this week - but recording everything to see how I can make changes every day to stay within the limits! Everyone in our house is sick this week - so I keep grabbing biscuits to keep my energy up. Hate coffee but trying to drink it.
Hello mama bear - how many kids do you have? Are you doing the he diet for a boy?
