Last Attempt TTC Pink - Diet/Sway Question

Our journey to our second child has been a long one. It has been a year and a half, I have suffered 4 m/c. I will have our last attempt in about two weeks.

    Here is my sway attempt:

On and off LE Diet for over a year. Very little meat, chicken 2-3 times a week maybe. Otherwise as follows:
Always skip breakfast - coffee with one creamer
Lunch - Salad (with fruit and sometimes nuts) or chips or something else low calorie
Dinner - Veggie Stir Fry or Scrambled Egg with Toast or Pasta with Sauce (no meat)
    Clomid
    Lower weight than with DS1
One attempt in fertile window or at POS OPK

Worried about: conception will be during a full moon and maybe eaten too heathly?

I thought low calorie and low protein swayed pink but I was reading the how we got boys thread and started to get a little worried because alot of those diets looked alot like mine with salads and such.

    Should I change anything??

Do you have totals for fat, protein, and calories?

"Healthy" in terms of heart health and cancer prevention sways PINK. What you're eating is definitely a pink friendly diet, I just want to be sure you're eating enough to stay fully fertile.

Foods do not sway. It's amounts of nutrients you're eating overall that matter and not any specific type of foods. You can have salads for boys (I had tons of salads with my 3rd boy especially) and salads for girls, it's the overall nutrient content of your diet, day in and out that matters.

I need that additional info about your diet and then I'll be better able to help.

I am eating anywhere between 1200-1800 calories a day. Mixes of all different foods excluding meats.

Update: My doctor does an ultrasound on my CD3 to clear me to start Clomid. He didn't clear me to take this cycle because I have a cyst on my left ovary. This is the third time this has happened and delayed attempts.

    Any thoughts or similar experiences?

    And protein and fat?

If you don't mind sharing what is your BMI?

With the history of cysts I'd have you cut out sugar totally, go to full fat dairy only (no skim), use whole grains instead of white/refined grains, and get your carbs and calories from fruits and veg and grains rather than sugar and white carbs.

I need to know how many grams of fat and protein every day (not counting the protein and fat in fruit and veg.)

BMI 21 is my cutoff on weight loss, so you're nearly there. Once you drop to BMI 21, stop losing weight and hold steady where you're at.
