Constantly Positive OPKs?
Wondering if anyone has experienced this. I suffered a miscarriage on 2/18 at 6 weeks pregnant. I am currently on CD 20, and have been having positive OPKs now for a week. I know Hcg can affect OPKs, however I had a blood draw Thursday and I’m back at 0. I know my body could ovulate later this cycle as it tries to regulate (I typically O CD 14-16), but it is weird to me that I’d be having a constant LH surge like this.
Anyone else have this happen?

I had the same problem. Are those wondfo? I used those one time too and they always looked positive but then I read if you look at them after 5 min it could be a false positive as they almost always dried darker. With that said, my hormones were all over the place and I had a few long cycles so my guess is your body may be trying or gearing up to possibly O and get back to normal. My miscarriage was at 12.5 weeks so it it still taking a toll all these months later.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Yes those are wondfos. I actually think I may have a faulty box! I have another batch so since posting I took one from each box and the bottom one (new box) is negative!!

Yes I suspect this is just some hormonal weirdness leftover from the loss, but do you have any history of PCOS? Have you recently started eating a lot more carbs?

No, definitely don’t have PCOS. Not eating more carbs but cut out meat for girl sway so probably more ratio of carbs if that makes sense...? Eating less calories than before, and those calories are lost in protein, so my diet consists percentage wise of more carbs but totally number of carbs hasn’t changed.

Ok let's just chalk this up to weirdness for now, if it keeps up we may want to revist changing the macros of the diet to get a bit less in the way of carbs

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
