Two pounds
I don’t know if it’s my unhealthy weight loss expectations or if I’m doing something wrong but I only lost 2 lbs in a week. The week prior I lost 4, and was doing less excersizing. I don’t know why my weight loss is so inconsistent this time around, last time I swayed I was losing 3-4 lbs a week. Granted I was eating about 200 calories less, but was also working out less.
Semi happy our ins didn’t kick in yet, it’ll give me more time to shed this weight

2 lbs is a fine rate of weight loss, it's normal to lose more in some weeks than others. That's not at all unusual, doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong.

I have such an issue with weight loss, I’ve never really lost weight the healthy way, so my weight constantly fluctuated. It’s all so new, I’m thinking swaying is going to help with a lot more then just swaying!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
