    Best supps for DH

    Hi Atomic, hope you're fine
Preparing my sway I have a question re the supps DH should take.
Mine turns 37 this year, stressful lifestyle, slightly high blood pressure (due to lack of rest mainly).
He loves to drink wine (and beer) and has some almost everyday.
No workout. A little bit overweight (belly fat mainly). Ph wise (idk if it really matters, he always is around 8)

In your opinion which are the best supps?

I thought about OLE for healthier X sperm, but not sure if it makes healthier sperm in general or just the X. A bit confused about.
    Thanks a lot !!

OLE is said to make healthier sperm in general but somehow makes more XX conceived (they say, but our results seem to be showing it to be neutral)

None of the swaying supps for DH have worked. I don't recommend any of them any more other than OLE and soy milk if he's willing (12-48 oz soy milk and food daily)
